RULES AND REGULATIONS OF KAYHIKERSCLUB WHATSAPP GROUP
As we continue to build a high spirited and supportive community, we want to ensure that our online interactions are respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable for all members. To achieve this, we’ve established some guidelines for everyone to follow:
- GROUP HOURS
The WhatsApp group will be open from 7am and closed by 10pm every day. This allows us to maintain a healthy balance between our online and offline lives.
- RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATIONS
We encourage open and honest discussions, but please express yourself freely without using:
· Foul language
· Insults
· Threats
Let’s maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere
- NO RELIGIOUS DISCUSSION
To ensure our group remains inclusive and respectful of diverse beliefs, we kindly ask that you refrain from posting religious content or engaging in religious discussions. This will help us avoid unintentionally offending or excluding any members. Our goal is to focus on our shared passions while respecting each other’s individual beliefs.
- PUNCTUALITY IS KEY
We expect all members to arrive on time for our events, including:
· Coffee hangouts
· Saturday events
· Other activities
Your punctuality helps us start events promptly and shows respect for fellow members who have made an effort to arrive on time. Let’s work together to create a culture of respect and consideration.
- MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
All members who registered in January, February, and March of last year, Your membership is due for renewal. Please take a moment to renew your membership to continue enjoying the benefits of being part of our vibrant community.
- DATA FORM COMPLETION
If you haven’t already, please complete the data form to ensure your membership card is ready for collection by the end of March. This will also help us keep our records up to date and provide you with a seamless experience.
